Allproof passive fire products have been tested on plumbing and electrical service penetrations. To assist with product research and technical information our test literature has been presented in documents relevant to the service penetration that requires fire rating.

Allproof Drop-in fire collars offer a straightforward and efficient passive fire rating solution for thin concrete floors or trapezoidal steel tray concrete floors. These floors, featuring profile changes on the underside of the slab, pose challenges for conventional fire collars fixed beneath a floor slab.
Designed, manufactured, and tested in New Zealand for NZ projects, Drop-in fire collars can be retrofitted around pipes, easily dropping into position and fixed from above. The unique extendable tab allows for adjusting the collar to varying depths of composite floor slabs. DIFCs provide a passive fire protection system for composite floor penetrations on various plumbing services. Assessment confirms that Allproof DIFCs’ Fire Resistance Level (FRL) equals that of composite floors with tray profiles of 60mm, 80mm, and 210mm.
These collars have also undergone testing to provide passive fire protection on floor waste systems, flat slabs, and plasterboard ceilings.
