Polymer Concrete Slot
Polymer Concrete Slot
The Allproof Polymer Concrete Slot Channel Drain provides a durable, low-profile solution for commercial linear drainage applications. The system delivers efficient surface water collection while maintaining a discreet, architectural appearance.
Manufactured using polymer concrete, where polymers supplement cement as the binding agent, the channel offers high chemical resistance and extremely low permeability. This makes it well-suited to demanding environments such as commercial, industrial and high-traffic external areas. Suitable for load class D (up to 8000kg) applications, the Polymer Concrete Slot Channel Drain is designed to perform in heavy-duty environments where strength, durability and long-term performance are critical, such as warehouses and loading docks.
Channels are available in a range of depths, allowing the system to be configured to suit project-specific hydraulic requirements. Premium stainless steel or galvanised edge rails provide additional durability, while secure lockdown mechanisms ensure grates remain fixed under load.
Key features:
-
- 100mm clear opening channel with slot grate for a discreet finish

System Example

Allproof’s PC Range features channels with depths ranging from 75mm to 225mm. Sloped joiner channels connect different depths, increasing the hydraulic capacity along a continuous run.
The system supports long cascading runs terminating at a sump. A mirrored run can extend cascading between sumps, with no fixed overall limit. Actual length may vary depending on flow rates and other factors; consult a hydraulics consultant for specific project requirements.
