The Perimeter Drain presents an innovative and premium solution for simplifying level threshold drainage. Simply position the L-shaped channel against the building’s exterior footing to establish a surface for pouring concrete against. This unique design eliminates the need for labour-intensive tasks like boxing out or multiple concrete pours.

Channels are supplied in standard one-meter lengths, the GFP grate is specially designed for the system and available off the shelf in 500mm lengths. The GFP grates and innovative clip system are manufactured in New Zealand from recycled materials. The grate is designed so it can be easily trimmed down on site to fit the reveal width along the channel as joinery steps in and out from the building line. Grates effortlessly clip onto the channel using the pre-installed fixing points, allowing for easy installation, maintenance, and a secure finish. Height-adjustable legs on the grate’s underside provide support, eliminating the need for trimming stainless support bars and brackets.
