This 100mm PVC flange enables downpipes to run directly through balconies.

It eliminates the gap around the downpipe penetration, preventing water from dripping onto the balconies below. A waterproof membrane should be applied along the sides of the flange around the pipe, creating a sealed area on the balcony. This thick-gauge PVC design is compatible with torch-on membranes and is UV stable.

It’s specifically manufactured to be discreet, hidden beneath tile jacks or decking systems, ensuring a seamless appearance.
