The Allproof Balcony Downpipe Flange enables downpipes to run directly through balconies by sealing the penetrations on multi-level balconies. Designed to accommodate 100mm downpipes, the PVC flange provides a wall for tanking waterproof membrane up against around the pipe penetration, preventing water drip-through to the below balcony.

The thick-gauge, UV-stable PVC construction is specifically designed to be compatible with torch-on and cold applied membranes. Once the membrane is applied along the vertical flange and around the pipe, a fully waterproof seal is achieved.

The flange’s low-profile design allows it to sit discreetly beneath decking systems or tile jacks, maintaining a seamless finish.
